"Pilot" – While on a road trip to visit her boyfriend in Montana, Danielle Sullivan and her sister Grace are kidnapped by a truck driver on a remote part of the highway, setting off a chain of events that leads private detectives Cody Hoyt and Cassie Dewell to team up with Cody's estranged wife and ex-cop, Jenny Hoyt, to search for the sisters. But when the investigators discover these are not the only girls who have disappeared in the area, it’s clear they’ve stumbled onto something much bigger than them all on the series premiere of "Big Sky," TUESDAY, NOV. 17 (10:01-11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. (TV-14, DLSV) Episodes can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.

Cassie in this episode
Cassie is dancing and singing at the office when Jenny walks in and asks her if she is sleeping with her husband. Cassie admits that she didn't plan on it to happen and that she thought they were over and that she isn't proud that it happened. Jenny is upset and leaves. Later, Cody stops Cassie to talk but she brushes him off because she has to go and pick up her son Kai. In the evening, Cassie finds Jenny at the bar and tries to talk to her but Jenny doesn't want to talk and they get into a fight that leaves both of them bloody and bruised and Cassie with a split lip that need suturing. Cody picks them up and tells them that they need to find a way to get along. When Cassie makes it home, her dad sees the split lip and wants to know what happened but Cassie doesn't give him any details and instead checks on Kai. Later in the night, Cody calls Cassie with information on the missing girls and asks her to go to the office and find out more with the help of Jenny. Jenny shows up at the office next morning to help Cassie and Denise and Cody lets Cassie know that he might have a lead which he is following up on. Cassie voices her concerns.
